In Sub-Saharan Africa, approximately one in 5,000 people is born with albinism, a genetic condition resulting in a lack of pigment in the hair, skin, and eyes. Regrettably, albinism is gravely misunderstood in this region, with many perceiving it as a curse that devalues a person's humanity. Criminals target individuals with albinism for attacks, selling their body parts to witchdoctors who use them in the creation of good luck charms and potions.

Your donation will help provide:
- Tuition for safe and high-quality education
- Text books, uniforms, glasses, and other school materials
- Skin cancer screenings, low vision check-ups, and general health care needs
- Trauma counselling, family reunification, tailored support for survivors of attacks
- Understanding Albinism Seminars for schools and communities
- Career guidance and support
- and much more!
